Joseph Lam 林志明, CRS, MBA, is a licensed Real Estate Broker, DRE #01077762 for over 30 years; he has a background as a business analyst, database specialist, loan officer, tax preparer, real estate consultant, instructor, mentor, and author.

     He is Best Selling Co-Author of GameChangers & Co-Author of Short Sale 911 Manual, both available at He is also the author of the forthcoming books ‘ADU For Your Financial Future’ & ‘How To Stretch Your Retirement Dollars’. Joseph is in the business of consulting, negotiating, and managing the transaction details of buying, selling & investing in real estate.

     In 1990, Joseph founded Adtech Realty & Financial Corporation and served as the president until 2003. Mr. Lam operated a National Real Estate Franchise from 2003 – 2006.

     He was a Broker-Associate with Keller Williams Realty and an Instructor of Keller Williams University. He was a Broker-Associate with Coldwell Banker & Alliance Bay Realty. He is currently a Broker-Associate with eXp Realty of California, Inc. The nation's first Agent-Owned Cloud Real Estate Brokerage.

     Joseph holds a BS from Oregon State University and an MS & MBA from Binghamton University (SUNY).

     He enjoys reading, travel, cooking, and good foods, horseback riding, swimming and a game of Chinese ‘mahjong.’ You may also find him frequently heading up a Meetup group, or giving a seminar on business development and how to invest in real estate, life & annuity products and risk management, etc.
